How it works

From manual operations to AI agents, in four steps.

We don't hand you a tool and walk away. We map the work, build something small and prove it works, put it into production, then expand from there. All of it runs on infrastructure you own.

01

Map — a free automation audit

We map the systems you already run and the operational work your team does by hand. You get a clear picture of which tasks are worth automating first, and an honest answer on whether it's the right move for your business. No commitment.

02

Build — custom agents on your tools

We build AI agents that integrate with the tools you already use — email, calendars, accounting, CRM, property and phone systems — and do the repetitive operational work. We start narrow (one workflow that matters) and prove it before expanding.

03

Deploy & operate — we run it, you own it

The system goes live on infrastructure you own (your Supabase/Postgres, n8n, your own server). We operate it for you as a managed service — monitoring, backups, budget guardrails, and a human in the loop on anything that matters.

04

Expand — add workflows over time

Once the first workflow is paying off, we absorb the next one. Over time the platform takes on more of your operations and replaces more of your SaaS stack — at your pace, on your infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. Our agents do work — they audit records, route email, parse receipts, and run scheduled jobs across your real systems. The output is completed operational work, not a conversation.

How long does it take?

Small scopes ship in 2–4 weeks. Larger builds with multiple integrations take 6–10 weeks. We start with the free automation audit so you know the scope before you commit.

What do we actually own?

The repository, the database (your own Supabase/Postgres project), and the runbook. The system runs on infrastructure you control. If you ever stop our managed service, it keeps running.

Is it autonomous?

No — by design. The agents handle high-volume, repetitive work and surface decisions to your team. A human stays in the loop on anything consequential.
